2. Service
iTranslator is a Discord bot that brings automatic message translation, voice transcription and audio generation to Discord servers, helping communities communicate effortlessly across languages. Available features include auto‑translation, flag‑based reactions and role‑based translations.
To use the Service, a Discord server administrator adds iTranslator to their server. Configuration and subscription management are then handled through the dashboard on https://itranslator.app.
The Service is offered under the following plans, detailed on the pricing page of the website:
- Free plan — limited access to core features, at no cost.
- Monthly subscription — full access, billed monthly.
- Annual subscription — full access, billed yearly.
Feature scope and plan inclusions may evolve over time; the current version is always available on the website.
3. Fair Use Policy
Our paid plans are advertised as unlimited, and this is genuinely the case: no hard cap is enforced on the amount of characters translated, transcribed or generated, and no throttling is applied based on volume alone.
To keep the Service fast, reliable and affordable for everyone, usage is governed by a fair use threshold of 1,000,000 characters per month, per subscription. This threshold is comfortably above what the vast majority of Discord communities consume, and is not a technical limit — it is a reference point that helps us identify usage patterns that go beyond typical community needs.
Should your usage materially exceed this threshold, we reserve the right to reach out to discuss a dedicated Enterprise plan tailored to your volume. In cases we consider abusive, or where sustained usage degrades the Service for other users, we also reserve the right to restrict, throttle or suspend access to the Service. 4. Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) ex VAT on the website. Applicable VAT is added at checkout according to the Client’s location. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect an already-paid period.
5. Ordering
Subscription is made online via Stripe.
6. Duration & Renewal
Subscriptions run for the chosen period (month or year) and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled. The Client may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No prior notice required.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Because the Service is fully performed digitally and consumable immediately (character usage has a cost), by purchasing the Client expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges loss of the 14‑day right of withdrawal. Without this consent the Service would not start.
8. Payment & Invoices
Payment is collected in advance for each period via Stripe. Invoices are generated automatically and made available (e.g. PDF).
9. Suspension / Termination
Client may cancel as described above. We may suspend or terminate access immediately without notice in case of fraud, abuse, illegal use, security risk or breach of these Terms. If we terminate without cause we may refund the unused portion at our discretion.
10. Refunds
Outside of the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (see §12) and any other mandatory consumer rights, refunds are not automatic. Any additional refund (full or partial) is granted solely at our discretion upon written request to [email protected] and evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.
11. Intellectual Property & Client Content
All rights in the Service (software, logo, brand) remain with WHIZY. Client content submitted for translation/transcription and the resulting outputs belong to the Client. The Client grants us a non‑exclusive licence to process such content solely to provide, secure and improve the Service (including anonymous caching). Prohibited: reselling the Service, reverse engineering, exploiting vulnerabilities, or using the Service to violate law.
12. Legal Warranty (EU Consumers)
EU consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under French Consumer Code. These rights apply independently of any commercial guarantee.
13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without any SLA or guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses (lost profit, loss of data, business interruption). Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the total amounts paid by the Client to us in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. power outage, network failure, fire, war, governmental action).
15. Data Protection
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy available on the website.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. For business Clients, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Lyon (France). Consumers may also bring proceedings before their local competent courts.
18. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version is posted on the website and applies upon publication. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
19. Contract Language
The reference language of these Terms is English. Any translation is for convenience only.
